A tomographic algorithm, LOTOS (Local Tomography Software) is designed for simultaneous
inversion for P and S velocity structures (or Vp and Vp/Vs ratio) and source
coordinates. The LOTOS algorithm can be directly applied to very different data
sets without complicated tuning of parameters. It has a quite wide range of
possibilities for performing different test and is quite easy to operate. LOTOS
code with all original FORTRAN sources can be freely downloaded from this site.
Both WINDOWS and LINUX versions of the LOTOS code are available. All the original FORTRAN sorce codes, as well as make-files with the list of all subroutines required to re-compile the programs, are available. The LINUX version includes GMT scripts for automatic visualization of the results. The WINDOWS version automatically generates PNG pictures of all inversion steps for previewing.
